You must be at least 18 years of age or have written parental/guardian consent to purchase a puppy from
me.  I prefer that a parent or guardian be present at the time the deposit is placed. Parents/guardians must
sign the contract with the child.  

AVAILABILITY:  All animals are sold on a first come, first serve basis.  No animal will be held without a deposit.  
Animals held on deposit will not be sold to another customer as long as the terms of the deposit are still in effect.
Under no circumstances will a deposit be refunded ever.

DEPOSITS:  A 30% deposit to hold live dogs for pick up is non-refundable and will be forfeited if dog is not paid for in
full by the date specified for pick up. However, in the event that the dog becomes sick, injured or dies prior to the
scheduled pick up date, the deposit will be refunded or can be applied to another dog.

A 30% deposit to reserve unborn puppies is non-refundable except as follows: In the event that the litter specified does
not produce healthy animals or the only born puppy  has been accepted by another customer under the pick of the
litter. The deposit may be applied to any other unsold live or unreserved unborn puppy or the deposit may be
refunded in full.  Reserved puppies are to be paid for in full by the time they are eight weeks old or the deposit will be
forfeited.

A 50% pick of the litter deposit gives the customer the option of choosing any puppy of the specified litter. This option
is only available to the first customer placing a deposit on a specified litter. The decision to accept or refuse must be
made by the time the puppies are three weeks old.  In the event that the litter specified does not produce healthy
animals, the deposit will be applied to any other unsold live or unreserved unborn puppy.  The deposit will only be
refunded if there are no puppies available for one year after the original litter was expected.  Reserved puppies are to
be paid for in full by the time they are eight weeks old or the deposit will be forfeited.

The owner, Brandy Vodry, always gets breeder pick of the litter on any litter before puppies are made available to pick
of the litter customer or any other customer.

NOTE:
It is my right as a responsible breeder to pull a deposit on a puppy if I later deem you an unfit home. Your deposit will
be sent back to you if I do not feel comfortable with you having my puppy. I love all my puppies and have their best
interests at heart so try to understand that. This is a hobby and I do not breed for money.  I do research all my buyers
which may later result in your deposit being sent back to you. Lies usually catch up somewhere down the line. So the
key here is HONESTY. If you are honest with me, you will have no problems purchasing a puppy from me.

FORMS OF PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Postal Money Order, Paypal, and good ole Cash!!! No checks under any
circumstances. For Paypal, add $5 to every $150 paid thru paypal. This is for their fees. Paypal address to use is

OWNERSHIP and RESPONSIBILITY:  Ownership passes to the new owner when the puppy is paid for in full or when
the new owner takes possession of the animal.  At that time, the new owner takes all responsibility for the health and
welfare of the animal. Country Heaven Chihuahuas will not be held responsible for any veterinarian bills or any other
bills related to the care of the animal once possession has passed to the new owner.

BOARDING: Country Heaven Chihuahuas is not a boarding kennel and will not board any dog not owned by Country
Heaven  Chihuahuas except in the event that the new owner can not or does not take immediate possession of the
puppy. Country Heaven Chihuahuas will board the puppy for a period of up to one week at no charge to the customer
if I know about it in advance.  This does not release the new owner of his or her responsibility for the health and
welfare of the puppy.  Country Heaven Chihuahuas will place the puppy up for sale once the extended pick up time has
expired and the new owner can not pick the puppy up. The deposit will be non-refundable and go towards the care of
the puppy until a new suitable owner can be found.  Once a puppy has left Country Heaven  Chihuahuas, it will not be
accepted back for the purpose of boarding.

HEALTH of the new puppy or other dog(s):  Country Heaven Chihuahuas certifies that their dogs are healthy and
in good condition when sold unless specified otherwise on the bill of sale.  Moving to a new environment is very
stressful for a young Chihuahua puppy.  Care must be taken on the part of the new owner to minimize this stress,
failure to do so could jeopardize the health of the puppy.  During the first 24 hours, the new owner is encouraged to
contact Country Heaven  Chihuahuas for advice if there is any doubt as to the health and welfare of the puppy.  The
new owner is also encouraged to take the puppy to their veterinarian to be checked and to ensure continuation of
vaccinations.

RETURNS and REFUNDS:  All sales are final.  Under certain circumstances, Country Heaven Chihuahuas may accept
a returned animal for a partial refund provided the animal is returned within three days from the time the new owner
takes possession, and is in good health and condition.  Any returns would be conditional. Country Heaven Chihuahuas
can not control and therefore can not be held responsible for conditions outside of Country Heaven Chihuahuas.  For
this reason, no dog can be returned without first being quarantined and checked by my veterinarian.  If the dog is
found to be in good health and condition, a refund will be given less the cost of quarantine, veterinarian services and
30% return fee.  Dogs that do not appear to be in good health or condition will not be accepted back and no refund will
be given, unless a qualified veterinarian has examined the animal within 72 hours of the new owner taking possession
and has certified, in writing, that the condition or illness was caused by conditions that existed prior to the date that
ownership was transferred.  At this time a replacement puppy will be given and if no other puppy is available then a
refund will be given. Under no circumstances will a partial refund be given and the new owner keep the animal unless
approved by Country Heaven Chihuahuas. Treatable conditions are not covered by the 72 hour vet check. A five yr
health guarantee for life threatening congenital defects can be purchased separately.

NOTE: Breeding soundness is not guaranteed on any puppy I sell. I'd rather all my babies to be pets only and never
be bred so I won't enable anyone a guarantee that would permit breeding. No Guarantees on testicles or female's size
or fertility.

TRAVEL COSTS: All travel costs are to be paid by the buyer and are  non refundable even if the puppy comes back to
me  for whatever reason. It is your responsibility as a responsible pet owner to figure out how to pick up your puppy. I
will travel 30 minutes to meet you to help you save some time. It is too time consuming to try to meet everyone.

SHIPPING: I do not ship my puppies however I have no issues with you flying here and taking the baby back as a carry
on. Give me the courtesy of meeting the person(s) who is adopting my babies. I will work with you as long as it remains
in the best interest of the puppy.   

I reserve the right to change anything in this document at any given time. Please read this contract carefully and ask
any questions before you place a deposit. I will enforce this contract so be sure you want a puppy before
placing a deposit and committing yourself to buy.  By placing a deposit or purchasing a puppy from me, you
are consenting to the terms of this contract whether you sign anything or not.
